Shipping Policy

Every piece at The Grumpy Rooster is handmade to order in our Florida workshop, which means a little extra care goes into every package that leaves our door. Here's what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. During major holidays or sale events, processing may take an additional 1–2 days — we'll let you know if that's the case.

Shipping methods & rates

We ship domestically within the United States via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

Delivery times

Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

International shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Lost, delayed, or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at tracy@twarrington.com and we'll make it right.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect packages once they've shipped, but we're happy to help if there's an issue.
